Arnaud BeltrameWikipediaMy hero is Arnaud Beltrame. He was a officer in the French Gendarmerie. He was born in 1973 and he died in 2018. During a terrorist attack by Radouane Lakdin, in a shop, he took the place of a hostage to save her life. He died five hours after the attack because he was shot by Radouane Lakdin. He was one of the most courageous people that I know because he died to save the life of a woman. I selected him because he accomplished an heroic action during a terrorist attack. He is a hero because, for example, today in France 200 roads bear his name as an homage to his action.
