Mr. Belsey

Mr Belsey is my Canadian hero because he is Canada's coolest teacher and runs Canada's Coolest Class. In my mind, he is awesome. He also owns Canada's www.coolclass.ca, www.bullying.org and www.inukshuk.com.

Mr Belsey is my hero because he does lots of cool stuff and fun activities. Another reason he is my hero is because he is cool! Mr. Belsey is also very kind and thoughtful.

Every Friday we sit down in the corner of the class where we sing songs while Mr. Belsey plays his guitar, Sam. Some of the songs are "Hitch Your Wagon to a Star," "We Go to Springbank School," and many more. We also go to the corner of our class called "Raven's End" (named after a great book we are reading) everyday to talk about stories in the news and read Ravens End by Ben Gadd. Also, Mr. Belsey talks about the day.

The best part of the day is Tech Time when we either use the wireless laptops, go to the computer lab, or work on our Heritage Minutes. My next favourite subjects with Mr. Belsey are math and liberal arts. My third favourite subject is social studies and our My Hero project.

That is why Mr. Belsey is my hero!
