Elizabeth Fry
By: Lauren Wise
Imagine having your mother die when you are only a kid, and having to be responsible for your family's education and care at such a young age. Would you be able to handle all the responsibility and depression when you are so young? Elizabeth had a tough life with lots of pressure and many struggles. Elizabeth was helpful to others, she didn’t care who stood in her way, she only wanted to do what was right. Even with all her obstacles and mistakes she managed to get through them and overcome them like the amazing hero we know she is. Elizabeth was always very concerned about others. She wanted to help anyone she could in the kindest most caring way. Elizabeth Fry was actually very shy though. Although she was shy hero she had loving characteristics that touched the lives of the poor and those she helped.

Elizabeth Fry was a very caring concerned person, helping everyone and anyone she could. She accompanied the sick and poor often, trying her best to help them work through their rough life. Elizabeth ensured people that the kids were vaccinated. She even brought the children clothing and started a soup kitchen open to anyone during cold winters.
Elizabeth Fry was a very shy person, with many fears, but still had many heroic virtues such as hope, love, a vision, and a bright personality. Even though Elizabeth had to work in prison she still wanted to help the sick and poor. All she wanted was to improve the lives of others. Even when times were rough she still had hope. She was hoping for her mother, and that her mother wouldn’t pass away. Elizabeth loved many people and even had a bright personality on sad days. She was optimistic and hoped for the best in people/things.
