My mom, Carolinapersonal photoI think of a hero as a person who you could look up to. They keep others from harm. They care more about the person you are, not physical appearance. When you are sad they figure out what's wrong and try to make things right.

Carolina is my hero and she had many obstacles growing up. When she was a child, her dad left to go raise another family. Carolina’s childhood was filled with childhood trauma and fun.

When she was a child, her dad left home and started another family.  Carolina and her sister lived with just their mom. Her mom had to raise two children all by herself. Carolina started to bully kids who bullied the disabled kids. She stopped bullying because she came to the conclusion that violence doesn't solve problems. She wished she never did any of the bad things she did.

When Carolina got older, she had children and she also had to raise her children alone. She gives up everything for her children. She got the job and lifestyle she wanted. She also became a better person by changing her attitude and the way she thinks.

Carolina is my hero because she does everything she can for me and my six siblings. When my dad left for Mexico, she was struggling financially. Then Carolina found another love interest and got out of her financial struggles.
