Have you ever heard of Donald Oliver before? If you haven't, what he did was that he was the first black man to sit in the senate. He helped Canada by being a lawyer/Senator that made great choices for Canada.
The senate is a house in Ottawa where you get to sit there and find out if you will be senator or not.
A senator Is someone who helps Canada by making things fair and helps out Canada.
