"deeds not words"

"a defiant deed has greater value than unnummerble thousands of words."

EMMELINE PANKHURST

The day she came - 1858 - was the day it all changed. A

Gateway into the truth. She was defiant.

She was strong. Her deed

Made women proud to have the extra 'wo' in their names. Has

Her greater

Deeds had more value

Than

The deeds of those who lack the 'wo' in their name - men? Unnumerable

Of humankind's lives have changed. Thousands

Of

Women's actions have not been unseen. After all, it is down to her "deeds not words."
