I began pondering about the importance of Frida Kahlo and her artwork. Was Kahlo the founder of healing through the arts.I was lost in her paintings and began to study her. I too, believe in the healing power of the arts, and art is about more than just learning a creative skill or technique. Art heals the soul and helps people to cope with many struggles in life. Kahlo’s artworks illustrate the pain she endured.
