Who gave peace and freedom to the world? It is Martin Luther King Jr.! Martin Luther King Jr. was a great man, he made peace in the world long ago. He made black and white people get along. Martin Luther King Jr. is great and my hero!

First of all, Martin Luther King Jr. is a hero because he gave peace to the world. Peace means to have freedom from war or fighting. Martin Luther King Jr. made peace in the world by giving lots of speeches and made lots of rules. One of the rules was that people had to let black people ride the bus and let them sit down or they would not ride the bus anymore. Another rule was that all people can go to the same school. He told the blacks to fight with peace and love not with a fist. Martin Luther King Jr. is a great man and a peacemaker!

Next, Martin Luther King Jr. made black and white people get along by saying all of the people that lived could go to the same place and have freedom. Freedom means to have liberty and independence. He said all people could go to the same place like school, ballparks and theaters. They interacted at the places. It helped them to get along and to understand each other. Martin Luther King Jr. is definitely my hero for making black and white get along.

Therefore, Martin Luther King Jr. is my hero because he made peace in the world and got black and white people to get along. Martin Luther King Jr. is my hero and a very great man!
