Helen Adams Keller

Helen Keller was born on June 27 1880. At the age of one and a half she got scarlet fever and became blind and deaf. Helen Keller went with her mother to Dr. Alexander Grahm Bell to find a blind deaf teacher. Dr. Bell sent Anne Sullivan to be Helen's teacher. She also went to all diffrent schools.

Helen Keller helped people understand that a blind person is no diffrent than others exept is blind. She also helped make money and more books for the braille library. Helen Keller helped make more blind and deaf schools.

She made lots of speeches to diffrent countries about how we can help the blind and deaf children. Helen Keller wrote lots of books.She wrote a book about Anne Sullivan,about he rlife, and about how Anne helped her throgh life. Helen Adems Keller died on June 1 1968.
