John Tacket

To me a hero means someone who can get through hard times and not complain. Also they look on the bright side even when it's hard. They are a role model to others. I think John Tacket is MY HERO.

John Tacket was a little boy with a disease called progeria. This disease causes people to look different than others. John Tacket never complained about his disease, he just lived a normal life like us. He looked on the bright side. When he was thinking about death, he said, ”Not to worry about it because you don't know when it will happen.”John Tacket is a role model to me because he had to go through a lot that we couldn't even begin to imagine.

John Tacket lived a normal life like us. He went to public school. He hung out with friends. He liked to play drums. He even played basketball and street hockey. He was born in 1988. Sadly, he passed away in March 3, 2004 due to progeria.
