"Always push harder and try your best."
Original Personal Photo A hero to me is a person who does something good or helps someone in need without something in return. A person that makes an impact on your life. The person that teaches you life skills and helps you learn the right way to live. A hero is a person that gives you advice for your future.
My hero is my older brother, Jose Jr Banuelos. He is my hero because he never gives up, he is always trying to help me, and he gives me advice for school and when I get older. He tries his best and works as hard as he can. The reason I chose him is because he is brave and strong. He is brave and strong because he is in the Navy and he grew up without a dad and he overcame that challenge. He inspires me by showing me to work hard, do your best, and to not let people tell you otherwise.
Jose Jr really didn't have a childhood. His mom, Rocio, was always working, so he never had the time to have fun or play with her. He grew up taking care of himself and his sister, Rosi. He grew up playing video games and board games.
The person that inspired him was his mom, Rocio Bahena. A challenge that he had was that he did not have a dad, and people had many expectations from him. He overcame these challenges by staying motivated. The advice that he would give to young people is to stay motivated and don't let people tell you otherwise, to not be judgmental, and to treat people how you want to be treated. He is my hero because he would take time out of his day to talk to me or help me out with something, and he works hard for my little brother and me, to buy us things.
A hero doesn't have to save the world. A hero can be an ordinary person. A hero can be the person to buy flowers off of a guy that needs money or a person that is in need. That is what a hero is.
