Johnny Knoxville

My hero is Johnny Knoxville. He is my hero because he is really funny and extremely brave to be able to do the things he does on TV. Johnny was a "little devil from the day he was born," says Knoxville's father. It didn't take much for Knoxville to land a show on MTV.

Knoxville started a TV show called, Jackass, in 2000, which featured him and his friends doing funny and dangerous stunts, or playing pranks on friends and other people, not to mention themselves. Jackass only remained a show until 2002 when it hit the big screen. Knoxville was not afraid to show his interest in dangerous and funny stunts.

Knoxville now considers himself a movie star and too good for Jackass. The show was ended by Knoxville himself shortly after the movie, but some of his friends still continue their hilarious and dangerous stunts on shows of their own. Knoxville is still considered an originator of these types of shows and I consider him a hero for that.
