My father Lieu Nguyenpersonal photoI think what makes a person a hero is saving people. A hero can fear something, but they still do it to save people. Another thing is that a hero needs to be fair. Heroes can also do something to stop bad things from happening. Heroes can also help people if they need help.

What makes my person a hero is he cares for me from when I was born until now.  We were very poor in Vietnam and my dad brought me here to the United States when I was eight years old. My family is still poor, so we don’t have that much money, but my hero can work hard now and get us money. My hero will do anything to protect me. My dad will always be there for me.

He inspired me to believe in God to be safe from our sins. He inspired me to be a pastor to bring people to God. He inspired me to read the Bible to know God better. He teaches me how to preach to people to bring them to God. He tells me to bring people to God to be safe from their sins.

My hero makes sure that I have enough food to eat. He always makes sure I do my homework and helps me with everything. He helps me understand things that I don't know. When I do something he always ask me do you need help. He gives me a perfect model for me when I grow up. My hero is my dad, Lieu Nguyen.
