Mickey Mantle

Mickey Mantle was one of the best baseball players in baseball history. Mickey Mantle was a great inspiration for me to start playing baseball. Mickey Mantle and his teammates led the Yankees to many championships. I realize Mickey Mantle is way before my time, but the way he swung his bat, it was just great. It was like when he swung it where is the ball.

I never saw him in an actual baseball game but I saw pictures of him playing on the internet and he is good. He batted both left and right-handed, but threw the ball right-handed.

My hero Mickey Mantle who switched sides when he batted. He had a record of 536 home runs, won the American League, and the slugging titles four times. He was a three time MVP. He has many World Serious records, including most home runs.

Mickey Mantle was elected into the hall of fame in 1974. In the Hall of fame, he received 322 of the 365 ballots.

There was no other baseball player like him. He was so awesome. No one can match what he is up to.
