Molly the Pony

Molly the PonyWikimedia Molly the pony is an amazing and brave horse with a heartbreaking back story that turns out well in the end. Someone abandoned her during a hurricane and she was stranded for weeks. Once she was found and brought to a farm, a dog bit her front right leg and it got infected. It was so infected that she almost died. They had to amputate the leg and give her a prosthetic one. I think Molly is a hero because she was strong enough and survived through all of that, so I think she can show people to never give up and be strong no matter what. Especially because she got through life with only three legs and was able to tell people when she wanted her prosthetic leg on or off.
