My hero is Nadine Mohammed Salem EL-Hadad. She's my sister, she's 19 years old, she's in the University of the Arab Academy of Science and Technology and Maritime Transport(AASTMT), she's going to the 4th year, she's a member in iEARN Egypt.
In School, she participated in the Fourth English Poetry Festival programme Group performance; she was a Team member, took First Place and won a Gold Medal.(1999) She participated in the Fifth English Poetry Festival programme, Group performance.
Nadine lives in Alexandria, Egypt. She was born in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, and was brought up in U.S.A.
She is 19 years old and she is still living. May GOD bless her and keep her alive and happy.
She is an important person for me, first of all because she's my sister, second of all she's a reasonable person who you can ask for advice and work with it and trust that it's the right advice. She is my role model, because she always has hope and believes in herself and in the world.

From MY HERO: Nadine has represented MY HERO at the Bridges Conference in Lebanon in 2005 and the iEARN conference and youth summit in the Netherlands. She has also authored a MY HERO web page on another young hero---Slater.
