These are our heroes. As you can see, our heroes come from all walks of life. Whether they come from sports or church, music or Hollywood, television or the fine arts, the American culture or another country, they all possess the core characteristics of heroism. They are inspiring. They are motivating. They serve as role models. And, they are brave in some way. These are our heroes, and we need them to serve as standards toward which we can strive.
