He is a Brazilian footballer who played as a forward. He had won a lot of trophies and three World Cups in 1958, 1962 and 1970. After his career, in 1994, Pelé was appointed a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and he engaged in humanity in Brazil for health and education. That is why he is a legend because he had many trophies and he is invested in humanity. In 1999 he was voted best world player of the century by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics and FIFA. The same year, Pelé was elected Athlete of the century by the International Olympic Committee. He is very generous with people and particularly young people in the world. He is a great  sportsman, he is a humanitarian for  UNICEF and helped homeless people for a new world..... respect  

He is my hero because he has changed the world and changed the football mentality. When I see Pelé I'm very happy and forget my problem. He helped people and he is a good man. If everyone did like him the world would be better...
