Priyanka Chopra

A woman who tries reading her lines, and getting ready for her next movie, flashback to a woman who is treated unfairly. Priyanka Chopra had struggled at the beginning but fought her way through her bullying. While studying for her 12th board, a standardized test, she began competing in pageants. She won Miss World Pageant in 2000, being one of the five Indian women to take the title. From there she started her career in acting, starring in 50 movies. Currently, she stars in the TV series, Quantico. Through her presence, Chopra hopes to inspire younger audiences and give visibility to south Asian people. A hero must possess positivity and devotion, in doing this they show love, loyalty, and enthusiasm in their life. Priyanka Chopra possesses positivity by daring to dream big and her devotion has shown through her hard work and therefore she is a hero.

Chopra is positive because, in the quote, it talks about how she achieves these goals and says she wants to do things that she hasn’t done but she wants an opportunity for people to come to do the same thing together. She is a great woman because of this quote,“It’s the idea of it that I love for India,” she tells me. “It’s empowering girls to take control of their futures”(Aguirre, Abby. “When Priyanka Met Nick: A Love Story.” Vogue, Vogue, 5 Dec. 2018). Chopra is positive because she wants girls to “take control of their futures”. She thinks girls can change the world, for example, she wants to set an example for them. Priyanka Chopra accomplished things with her positivity.  

Priyanka Chopra is devoted when it comes to her work. Chopra saw herself having a future of being a huge star. In the past 15 years, she has become a huge star especially in Bollywood but is also finding success in American television. ("Priyanka Chopra." Newsmakers, vol. 3, Gale, 2016. Priyanka Chopra is a devoted woman because she wants to show people right from wrong . “"I want to be able to break the stereotype of what Indian people or people of South Asian descent are supposed to be...Nobody's supposed to be anything. Priyanka Chopra is so caring and loving and devoted. Her goal is to get rid of stereotypes of south Asian people and Indian people, she wants people to think everyone should be what they want to be not what they are supposed to be. She also wants younger people to learn the same. Chopra has done many things in her life like being in films and winning awards, but she is very influential. She wants young children and young adults to learn the importance of achieving their goals.

I think Priyanka Chopra is a hero because she has a great positive way and a devotion way. She has worked hard on her career of pageants and acting. She wants to help younger views and all of the children all over the world that, they can reach their dreams.
