Rodny Adkins

Rodney Adkins was born March 28,1969 in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was an orphan who was so sick as a child that two adoptive couples returned him to the orphanage after Rodney lived in their homes for just a few days.

Rodney was determined and hardworking. He worked several odd jobs to pay for his way through school. Rodney is a caring and loving husband and father. He has inspired me with his music. He had a number one on the Billboard’s country airplay chart with his famous song, “Before the Devil Even Knows”.

Rodney has raised money for children singing at fund-raising concerts.

Rodney Adkins is a big-hearted, kind and loving contry singer. He is my hero.
