To me a hero is Oswaldo Sánchez because, since he was a child, he has made a big effort to be a soccer player. I also choose Oswaldo because he is a good person and I admire him because he faces his problems with a lot of courage.

His complete name is Oswaldo Javier Sánchez Ibarra. He was born in Guadalajara on September 21, 1973. At the moment, he is the goalkeeper of the Mexican team. He was the captain of Guadalajra (Chivas), a Mexican soccer team, until he signed with Torreon (Santos), another Mexican team. In 2006 he went to the World Cup and there, they gave him the terrible news that his father had died. With a lot of sadness, he faced very well the problem and when the first game was over, he knelt down, raised his arms and, looking to the sky, honored his father.

Oswaldo is my hero because he is a person with good character. Before playing he prays and dediicates the game to his father and to his sons. And he is my hero, too, because on December 10, 2006 when he was in Guadalajara, he made Guadalajara the champion of the opening season 2006, as a good captain! That's why my hero is Oswaldo. Oswaldo, "You're my idol!"
