One of numerous self portraits created by the visionary Frida Kahlo
Perhaps the most iconic of all Hispanic artists, Frida Kahlo's self-portraits tell her life's story of isolation and pain; the result of a catastrophic bus crash at the age of eighteen. Her work is also heavily influenced by Mexican indigenous culture.
