He lives in America and he is 31 years old now. He was very short and thin before college. Though he led his high school basketball team to win a “No-lose” season in Canada, famous college coaches still didn’t think he was good. So he chose Davidson for his university because it’s near his home. He almost won a NCAA championship. When he was a sophomore, he grew up to 191 cm. That was the average height of
an NBA point guard.
He was thin and short. He didn’t have much strength, so he created his own way of shooting. To improve his basketball shooting skills, he practiced a lot. While he was in college, he realized that he had to be stronger. Eventually he became the muscular Stephen we know. When he played in the NBA, he broke many records, such as 402 three pointers a season, career average free throw percentage up to 90.5%, etc. He is the greatest shooter in the NBA's history. He also won two NBA most valuable player awards in 2015 and 2016, a 3 point contest winner in 2015 and three NBA titles and more.
Stephen Curry is a underestimated genius and a player that works really hard. He is my hero because he makes us realize even though people think you’re unable, you can work hard and try to prove yourself. You can still be great.
