The Student Writers

One of my favorite things to do is read stories written by students of all ages, which is why I have chosen to elect them for my My Hero subject. I have noticed from past experiences that many students are apprehensive to share their stories with anyone other than teachers, even though their stories are often very entertaining. That is why I have always appreciated the students who share their work with others so that they can see the creativity and imagination possessed by these young writers. And it has always been my pleasure to help "guide" those I have assisted in certain directions I believe they are trying to reach.
