Aubrey Drake Graham a.k.a Drake was born on October 24, 1986. He was only five years old when his parents got a divorce. Drake was mainly raised by his mother in Toronto, Canada, but sometimes he spent summers in Memphis with his father. In his early years he started off as a young actor in many hit T.V shows and movies, but soon after that he started his career in music. He came out with numerous indie mixtapes. In fact he gained all his popularity and fame as an indie singer without being signed to any major record labels; it's what made him so different from other artists. And now he is one of the most famous R&B/Hip-Hop singers out there today.
