A hero is not just a hero, they are inspiration, courage, bravery, Intelligence, caring, and so on. A hero is someone you can look up to and be inspired by what they do. Heroes don't sit around all day doing nothing and don't take advantage of what is given to them. Heroes take action to make a world a better place for people to live their lives in.

In my opinion everyone should have a hero. People should have someone to be inspired by and they look up to each and everyday. People shouldn't have to think that there is nothing in the world for them and that they are useless. If People had someone close that can guide them through right or wrong, thick or thin then, in my opinion, the world would be a better place.

My brother, Alex, is my personal superhero. He fights evil to bring justice in the world. He especially protects me from all the super villains in the world who try to hurt me. My brother is not afraid to do what he wants to do even if people make fun of him. He has inspired me in so many different ways by being in U.S National Guard and being in the West Virginia Cheerleading Team. By being in the National Guard, in my opinion, shows a symbol of him trying to protect his country and sacrificing himself to save others. I know that one day he wants to be in either the U.S Army or the U.S Air Force and even thought that scares me, I still support him all the way. He shows that on the cheer team that he is an independent person and is not afraid of trying something new for a change. I love that he is the older brother that tries to protect me at all cost to keep me out of harm's way. I know that he would do anything to keep me safe and I would do anything to keep my friends and family safe too. He has inspired me not to be just my own hero but others as well, and that is what I plan to do.

My brother, in my eyes, is the hall of fame. He has done so much to help and protect me through my years in life. When I think of him i think to myself "I want to be just like him someday." It may sound tacky but it is the truth. He is not just my brother he is my best friend, my inspiration, my protector, my savior, my hero.

Interview:

My brother's hero is our father, Alex Harris Sr, because through all the economic hardship we were still able to get through all the trouble we went through. He was able to take responsibility for my brother when he was born as a young single college student. Then 5-7 years later he took care of me and my little brother, Drake, as a single parent. "A hero is someone who does the right thing even if it means pushing hard to get to that goal," said Alex. One thing Alex would do to improve the world would be to invent a cold fusion which is a very cheap and great way to preserve energy. He would invent this so that people wouldn't fight over natural resources. He told me that you can't just be a hero. It's the choices you make in certain situations that make you a hero. Everyone is put in those situations no matter where you are. It's up to you to make the right choice.
