Anthony Leanna

Anthony Leanna a boy the age of ten started a program called Heavenly Hats. This young man has made so many people, young and old, happy. He helps them get through the hardships of cancer and every opportunity as a great one. He is caring, selfless, and inspirational. He has become a person of importance because without him many cancer patients would be unhappy and insecure.

Anthony Leanna created a program that helps cancer patients with their treatment. Mr. Leanna is a very caring person in how he cares for others with cancer very much and created such an impacting program at such a young age. "Heavenly Hats, is a nonprofit organization that will ship new hats at no cost to cancer patients who are losing their hair. All one needs to do is go to the website and complete a short questioner about what kind of hats you need and they will ship them to you. When I was under treatment they sent me several very nice hats and night caps which I used a lot. A wonderful organization with many kind people."(Happy patient) This patient is happy with the work Heavenly Hats did for her in a time of need. This shows how caring he is that he makes cancer patients happy and helps them with such a passion. When people see the love Mr. Leanna has for the cancer patients, they can't help but smile. (Heavenly Hats) He is a young kid with many aspirations but he made a dream of his come true. This shows how much he cares for the cancer patients. This shows how much of a caring person he is in his life and towards others.

When Anthony Leanna was ten his grandma got diagnosed with cancer, which he took very hard, since he was so close to his grandparents. He always went to go see her whenever he could, even taking time out of soccer and friends to go to the hospital and see her. When he went and saw her hair thinning then finally gone, he got sad and wanted to do anything he could to make her happy. So he gave her a hat. When he noticed other people with the same problem he started giving his old hats to them. This made him think, "what if I could give all of them hats then they would be happy and not so insecure."(Heavenly Hats) This is a selfless act. So many people are happy because of Mr. Leanna and his Heavenly Hats.

An inspirational person is someone who does a big thing and keeps doing big things and getting through hardships. He is an inspirational person for what he has done, why he has done it and how he has done it. He was ten years old when his grandma got diagnosed with cancer. He took time out of his day to see her and created a program that helps cancer patients with their hardships and loss of hair. He was ten, most people can't read till five or six, and four years after that he has helped more people than they can count. This is what such a young kid could do. Now Mr. Leanna is finishing high school and becoming a national Coast Guard information system technician. He is so young yet helped so many people and will be helping even more in the future - an extremely inspiring person.
