In the year of 1960, was born Anisa Zeb Tahierkheli, the fourth child of the Tahirkheli family. Anisa Zeb was born in Karachi, Pakistan. She has four brothers and one sister. Now Anisa Zeb lives in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. Ever since Anisa Zeb was a child she loved mental challenges. Two of her favorite games are chess and scrabble. Also ever since she was a child she has and was light hearted, but when needed she can be very strict. Anisa Zeb was a great athlete when she was a student. Also Anisa Zeb is a lawyer, a geologist, and has a masters degree in computers.

Anisa Zeb Tahirkheli has been in politics for a long time. She is a member of the Pakistan senate. From 1981-1983 she remained student leader in Peshawer. Anisa Zeb was elected twice as vice president of university student union. Also was as member provincial assembly NWFP from 1988-1990. Now she is the Minister of Education in Pakistan.

Anisa Zeb Tahirkheli has made many contributions to the women in Pakistan. She has helped in establishing organizations to help women victims of domestic violence. Also she is the pioneer for women rights and the war against drugs. Anisa Zeb has represented Pakistani women in the World Beijing Conference for Women and in the General Assembly of the United Nations.
