My hero is Bill Kaulitz from Tokio Hotel. He is the lead singer and I think he is the best singer now. He has an unique hair-style and personality. I know it’s weird to talk about an artist personality but I know he is amazing by the way he sings.

Bill Kaulitz was born in Leipzig, Germany, the 1st of September of 1989. He has a twin brother call Tom. His band Tokio Hotel plays rock, some people called them “emo”, but they’re not.

When he was little, he and his brother appeared on a German Christmas program. At the age of 7, his parents got divorced and her, Simone, got remarried that same year. Bill and Tom’s stepfather, Gordon, teach them how to play piano and guitar. Two years later he found Georg Listing and Gustav Schafer and formed a band Devilish. At the age of 13, after betting and losing against his brother Tom, he appeared on Star Search and winning the second place. In 2005 they changed their name to Tokio Hotel after signing with Universal Music.

Bill Kaulitz is my hero because he express how he feel, how a teenager feel and experiences a normal teenager has. He had wrote many songs such as “Scream” that talks about expressing how you feel, to don’t be quiet and to “scream it out loud!” He has a German song called “Jung und nicht mehr Jugendfrei” in English “Young and not rated” and Bill says that he is growing and he makes mistakes and he doesn’t care at all if someone doesn’t like him.

I love music, because I think it is another way of expressing, music is something special in my life and maybe in everyone’s life.
