Introduction: Bob Marley believed in world peace, love, and
music. Having a hard beginning, to a hard end. Assassination attempts, deaths,
political fights, Bob Marley influenced more political viewers and religious
viewers than most. Bob Marley believed nothing is more important than having a
strong relationship with God; he changed his lifestyle and his personality,
just because of his religious views. Without God, Bob wouldn't have given his
life, showing us how much he cared, how much he loved, and how he saw God and
how much God meant to him. A man of not just religious and political views, but
a man of wisdom, a man who has seen and done more than most people do their
whole lives, dying at age 36, Bob went out with a bang, bringing passion,
peace, and love to this world.

The Beginning: Bob Marley had a hard life as a kid. No
father to look up to, no one with strong beliefs, but his mother always cheered
him on in whatever he did. Bob Marley is one of the most inspiring people in
all of history. Nominated for 3 Nobel peace prizes, adopted into the Rock and
Roll hall of fame in 1994, in 2001, became 2171st on the Hollywood Walk of
Fame, music was more than a pastime for Bob. People who don't know his history
always think Bob Marley is a drug user and abuser, which is untrue. Bob
believed that "herbs" were the healing for the world, peace and
tranquility found through a plant. One of Bob's biggest hobbies was football.
Football (or soccer) is a game played with a sphere type ball that you have to
bring down the field by kicking it, and to score; you have to kick the ball
into a goal.
Inspiration: Bob Marley became an instant inspiration to many teens and adults. Bob Marley was nominated for three Nobel Peace Prizes. Bob's biggest views were on politics and religion. He wanted religion taught at a young age, people to stop fighting, he wanted people to stop fighting over the nation, and to just work together on everything. His Rastafarian beliefs made people rethink most views on things, wars, arguments, all stopped by the words of Bob Marley. His passion for helping others, charities, and his hobbies had people rethink what was really important in life.
Cancer: At age 34 Bob was diagnosed with cancer. Bob one day was playing football (soccer) with his friends and family when he kicked the ball scoring a goal but breaking his toe. His big toe healed correctly, but still hurt. Bob went to the doctor and he had the option live or die. They could have amputated the toe, but Rastafarian beliefs are that the body must stay whole to reach a higher place. Because of Marley's strong beliefs, he chose to leave it, letting the cancer spread to head, heart, lungs, and liver. Bob was flying over Miami when all of a sudden, he felt sick. The plane was destined for other places but Miami had the closest hospital. Bob died that night; his cancer had spread to his head. The great Bob Marley passed away at age 36.
Conclusion: Bob Marley lived to spread peace and love. He had words of wisdom, amazing thoughts, and a love no one could explain. Everyone that looked up to Bob Marley will never forget the last show he did it NYC. He collapsed under his own weight because it was too much. Bob Marley has a place in his heart for everyone. He was nominated for 3 Nobel Peace Prizes for his words of wisdom and inspiration. Marley exact words were "Herb is the savior of this nation, Alcohol is the destruction". He has many popular quotes that people use on a daily basis that most don't realize are his words, his ideas, his inspirational values that make people think of more than just what's inside the box. "Don't you know? When one door closes, another opens". His love of football and his Rastafarian beliefs are inspirational and mind blowing. He chose death over life, he chose to do the things he loved and not let negative influences overcome him.
