My hero is Yogi Berra, “a baseball legend from New Jersey,” because I admire how well he plays baseball, and he inspires me because I play baseball too. One day I want to be as good as him at baseball.

I also admire his catching, because I am also a catcher in my league. One day I hope to play on the Yankees like he did because my favorite sport is baseball, too. One day I hope to meet him, and I might because Yogi Berra is now 82 years old and still alive.
