Catherine Rubino is my Mimi. She means the world to me. I look up to her in many ways. I don't know how i would be if she didn't show me how to be a nice young lady. Mimi is probably the most loving and caring women I have ever encountered.

My Mimi, Catherine Gloria Rubino, was born in August. She recently celebrated her 70th birthday. Earlier this year my Mimi and Papa celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. Anyways, Catherine was born in San Fransisco but raised in Oakland. She moved to San Jose when she was thirteen years old. Mimi Attended San Jose State University. She has an older sister who is 84 and an older brother that is 75. For fun as a young lady she joined the Board of Junior League which she was the president of. Mimi also was in the Bellarmine Womens Club for the mothers of the children who go there. Last club she was in was Stanfords Children Hospital League. My Mimi grew up with a full and fun life.

My Mimi is a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 7. She loves us so much and we love her as well. She made all of our lives different by the way she acts. She probably has impacted me so much on how I should act and be. She set such a great lives for all of us. Mimi always puts other people before herself. She is truly an angel that has came down for all of us.

My Mimi is loving, caring, and all around amazing. She knows what to say at the right time. She is always there to make you feel better. She will put other people before her in a heart beat. Growing up i have always had such a great time with her. I also enjoy when she talks to me about what I used to do when I was a baby and toddler. She makes me laugh and smile. I am by far the luckiest girl ever to have an amazing grandmother like my Mimi.

My Mimi will always be my life long hero who I look up to. I love her so much. One day doesn't go by where I know I'm truly blessed to have her as my Mimi. I hope I can grow up to be like her. I also want to thank her for teaching me and showing me how I should be. Thanks Mimi, I love you.
