Corey Duffel

Corey Duffel is another one of my favorite sk8rs. He is from Walnut Creek, California. I like him because he is a "just do it" kind of guy. If you've ever seen any of his videos you would see that he sk8s BIG!!!! I Wouldn't attempt any of the stuff he does.

I look up to Corey because he is a cool, unique sk8r. He sk8s what we sk8rs call street. The other major style is vert. Vert is when you sk8 on halfpipes and quarterpipes and stuff like that. Street is when you sk8 things like stairs and public stuff that's not really meant to be sk8ed. I sk8 street like him.

Corey is a really cool guy. He is a good role model for kids and he is nice to locals. A lot of pros don't realize that when you go into other people's areas you've got to respect them. They just think that since they are better than most kids, they can just tell people what to do. Corey is not one of those sk8rs. He is super cool.
