Hilary Rodham Clinton was raised in Illinois. She went to Yale Law School. There she met Bill Clinton. After graduating, they both moved to Arkansas to work. Later they moved to Little Rock, where she worked as a lawyer. She soon became the First Lady of Arkansas. And after his term as governor she became the First Lady of the US.

Bill Clinton became the President of the US in 1993. He ended two terms in 2001. As a First Lady she founded many foundations and charities. She was in charge of the National Health Care Reform. After her term as first lady, she ran for US Senate. She won her election. As a Senator, she focused on Homeland Security.

Currently Hilary Clinton lives in Washington D.C.. She is a Senator for the US. She was born in Chicago, Illinois. But grew up in Park Ridge, Illinois. After high school, she attended a College in Massachusetts. After Yale Law School she went to work at the University of Arizona in Fayetteville. Soon she married Bill Clinton and they moved to Little Rock. When her husband was elected president she moved to Washington.

Hilary Clinton was born on October 27, 1947. Her father is Hugh Rodham. And her mother is Dorothy Rodham. She has two brothers. One is Tony and the other one is Hugh. Her mother was a homemaker and her father was a executive in the textile industry. She is still alive today.

She is important to me because she is a very smart and influential woman. She was the first First Lady to run for Public Office. Hilary Clinton has started many foundations. Most of them have to do with children. Her best accomplishment as a First Lady was the Adoption of Safe Families Act. She increased the funding for illnesses like cancer and asthma. As a Senator she helped save 21.4 billion dollars in funding to help clean up September 11th. She is my hero because she made many differences in the world. She cares for underprivileged families and children.
