My hero is Craig Thompson. You probably don't know him because he is not famous. He isn't one of those heroes who fights supervillians or can run around the world in less than two seconds. He is just an average 28 year old guy. Well, to all of you people, but to me he is a great hero. He is my favorite person in the world. He was born, and grew up, in Stockton, Missouri. When he was in the 7th grade, he moved to Miami, Oklahoma. He lived there until he was 21. After that he moved to Joplin and now has 5 kids and a wife.

There are many reasons why Craig Thompson is my hero. One reason is because he is giving up and leaving behind a lot and going to serve our country. He left on Thursday, October 2007. That is not the only reason though, he also has an amazing personality. He likes to do fun things and acts like a kid and that's why a lot of kids like him. He is also my hero because I love him and I know he will always be there for me. He is a good influence and someone good to look up to.

These are a very few things about my uncle Craig. It just about narrows it down. Craig is my hero, my uncle, my favorite person in the world and I can't wait until he comes back. Well, that's my uncle for you!!!
