Dominique Cross is my hero because when I saw her in track when she was running her hardest I said “Wow that’s my sister out there“. When I saw her after she was done it looked like she just got done running around the world. These are the reasons why I chose Dominique Cross as my hero: it is because she is inspirational, helpful, responsible, mentally strong, tries her best in everything she does, and stands up for others. Here is an explanation why I chose those reasons.

Dominique is inspirational because she seems like a role model to other people. For example she acts just like a role model to my cousin Meme and that’s what makes Dominique inspirational to her. Meme wants to act just like her and dress like her too. Also she is inspirational to me as well because she inspires me to do better than her so she is sort of like a rival because we compete with each other.

My hero

Dominique is also helpful because if I needed help with my homework she would give me the help I needed. Also she would take me places if I needed supplies for a project. Dominique is also helpful because when I need her she is always there when I need her. Dominique is always helpful to younger people as well for another example she is always helpful to my cousin because she always wants to come over so my sister helps her out.

Dominique is mentally strong because when people talk about her on the track team she doesn’t let them bring her down. Also why Dominique is mentally strong is because when she runs track she pushes herself to the limits by saying in her head “this is the fastest I can go? Come on, I know I can push myself to the limits.” Dominique’s family plays an important role in making her mentally strong. Also the will to exceed helps keep her mentally strong and helps her push her limits.

Dominique tries her best in everything she does. For instance when Dominique runs track she gives it her all 110%. In a track meet vs. Minooka she tried as hard as she could.

Dominique stands up for other people because she likes to help other people. Dominique was inspired to help other people after this boy got bullied when she was at school one day. Also she stood up for me when I was in third when those fifth graders were picking on me.

In conclusion Dominique Cross is my hero because she is inspirational, helpful, responsible, mentally strong, and tries her best in everything she does. Also she inspires me to do my best in everything I do. Another reason why I chose Dominique is because she always keeps her cool.
