Imagine having to go through Hodgkin lymphoma and after surgery going through a vital recovery. And then next season getting back on the field and having a great record as safety for the Kansas City Chiefs. Eric Berry dedicated his life of playing National Football League football. He had perseverance and no fear of fighting cancer.
Although Eric Berry has many heroic qualities I picked dedication. Eric Berry was dedicated to getting better at sports by playing two sports track and football. Eric Berry also went off during college to play in the us army pro bowl by having a record for returning a fumble 72 yards for a touchdown. He also went to a summer football camp for half the summer, he also goes to the camps in Atlanta, Kansas City and Tennessee.
Eric Berry persevered through track and football to stay the best. Also he made his way through football by a record of 222 yards on interceptions. He played for the University of Tennessee in college
Overall Eric Berry demonstrates as my hero for his fearlessness, perseverance, dedication. Also for his effort and his Christian like attitude.
