Futahi Clark

by Jamieka from Tulsa

My hero's name is Futahi Clark she stands about 5'5, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I realize that there is rarely any time that there is anybody that fits the standards of me calling them my hero. Now I can truly say now that I have come to see who she is and what all she does for me. That’s what I call a hero. Why do I do this? Because my mother has strengthened me in many types of ways. She showed me how to be independent so that I would never have to depend on anyone else. She's taught me how to be a strong individual and stand up for what you think is right.

My momma has proved to me that there is more to life than materialistic things. Whatever you want in life you have to finish school.
