My hero is Henry Winkler because he is an accomplished, hard working person. Henry is an actor and an author. He is involved in many charities and has struggled with dyslexia his whole life. For all these reasons I chose Henry Winkler as my hero.
Henry Winkler was born in New York, New York on October 30, 1945. Henry Winkler is most famous for his starring role as Fonzerelli, “Fonzie”, on Happy Days in 1974. He also writes a popular children’s book series called “Hank Zipper”. The books are based on things that happened in Henry's life but in the stories they get more exaggerated. He also played supporting roles in movies like “Scream”, “The Waterboy”, and “Holes”. He has directed popular TV shows like MacGyver and Sabrina, the Teenage Witch.
Henry Winkler has a hilarious personality and a great sense of humor. Even though Henry has struggled his whole life with dyslexia, he has achieved many things in his lifetime. Henry talks to people about dyslexia and having learning disabilities. He is involved in many charities such as Toys for Tots. Henry also helps handicapped people and the Special Olympics.
I admire Henry Winkler because he has worked hard to get as far as he is now. He had to overcome his struggle with dyslexia. He is my hero because he gives back to his community and helps others. He is my hero because he is a funny guy who is talented in acting and writing.
Henry Winkler is a great person to have as a hero because he is he is hard working and determined. He is involved in many charities as well. He is someone who has survived and overcome many struggles. He has come a long way with determination.
