I think every person in his or her life at least once asks themselves: who is the hero of today? What does this word mean? Of course, we have different opinions, because all of us have our own views on life and on the world in general.

Some people say that we mustn’t create in our minds an image of the ideal person. I can’t agree with that. Most of the time, people think that someone is a hero if they have a combination of strong and easy-going features. I think that it’s an important thing, because the ideal person should be pleasant in their personal life, but strong and independent at work.

At the moment I know a person whom I can call a hero for myself. It‘s a goalkeeper for my favorite football team. This is Igor Akinfeev. He is an example of a successful and industrious person for me. He loves his job and does it at a very high level. To be a good goalkeeper means that you have to be strong, hardy and responsible. You are like a reliable wall in front of your team's goal. Furthermore, Igor is an intelligent player who gives interesting interviews where he expresses his opinion about past matches.

I really admire this great man and player. He is an absolute leader for his team and in life. I hope he keeps playing, remembers Euro, and reaches more and more football summits.
