Ana Ivanovic

My hero is Ana Ivanovic. Ana is a famous tennis player. She is very kind and friendly. I met Ana when I was almost 12 years old. When I met her she told me a lot of inspiring things and it helped me with my tennis.

Ana Ivanovic is 21 years old and was born in Belgrade, Serbia. Her backround is Serbian but she lives in Basel, Switzerland. Ana's birthday is November 6th, 1987. She is 6'1. Ana is a right-handed tennis player. Ana became professional in the summer of August 2003. Ana has obtained a lot of rewards for her tennis. Wimbledon Junior runner-up in 2004 and the Most Improved Player in 2005 are just two of many.

Ana began playing tennis when she was five years old after she had watched it on the TV. She immediately fell in love with the sport. Her family includes her mother Dragana, father, Miroslav, and brother, Milos. Ana is a very positive girl. Ana's and my favorite food is sushi. Not only is Ana a tennis player, she is also a model. Ana admires the tennis player Roger Federer. Ana is my inspiration.

I chose Ana as my hero because she is a wonderful role model. She worked very hard to get to where she is today. She overcame a lot of obstacles. She inspired me to work hard to get to where I want to be because this is not an easy thing to do. She became known when she was about 16 years old and I want to do the same. Most famous people think that they are "all that" but Ana doesn't. I want to be like Ana when I'm older.

Some traits of character of Ana are Perseverance and Optimism. The reason why Ana has perseverance is because she always fights to do better and win and she doesn't stop trying to do something until she completes what she has set out to do. An example of her character trait of optimism is that she always is positive no matter what. Even if things are really bad Ana will be optimistic. These are 2 really good character traits that she has and she inspires me to try and have them as well.

In conclusion, Ana Ivanovic is my hero. She has been my hero since I was younger. When I met her she inspired me even more. After I met her I began to her work harder and I set a goal for myself to win some tournaments which I did. I want to be as successful as her one day. Her personality is great and she has something a lot of people don't have, which is character. I hope to meet her again some day soon!
