Jacques Cousteau

In honor of Jacques Cousteau, I did research about this hero in “Biography Today." I chose Jacques Cousteau because he likes water. I also like to play in the water. After the research, I was glad because I learned so much about him.

Who knew such a normal beginning would give the world such a hero? Jacques Cousteau was born June 11, 1910. His birthplace is Saint-Andre-De-Cubzac. When he was little he loved to play in water. His parents are Daniel, and Elizabeth.

The foundation of heroism is education. He went to school in Manhattan, U.S. at Holy Name School and in France, at College Stanislas.

Hard work contributes to heroism. His career is being an Oceanographer. He wanted to be a Midshipman.

Jacques Cousteau is important to mankind, and he changed the world. He is famous for his videos and his books. Some of his videos are "The Silent World," "The Goldfish," "World Without The Sun," Voyage To The Edge Of The World." His books are "The Silent World: A Story of Undersea Discovery and Adventure," "The Living Sea" and "World Without Sun."
