A man who didn't give up even though everything in his life was telling him to. That is determination, staying dedicated to his dream, Johnny Depp wasn't about to give up on something he loved so much. That was his music career at the time; he wasn't going to let any thing or one tell him, he can't have what he wanted. What Johnny got into acting it was because of a friend. This friend helped Johnny realize how extraordinary he was at acting. Once Johnny got into the acting business, people knew who he was, he was a teen heart- throb. Depp was a major part in the TV series 21 Jump Street. After joining the cast his name was definitely known, but Depp's people thought he needed to change his look. They picked at him and told him he needed to change his clothes, hair, whatever else, but Johnny said no. He was going to stay loyal to himself and be who he really was.

Passionate is certainly a word you could use to describe Johnny Depp. Watching him perform his music, or even act, it is easy to tell he cares a lot about what he is doing. He gets so into his roles and brings something new to them every time. He has gone from Edward Scissors Hands, Jack Sparrow, Mad Hatter, to a cross dresser. When he is playing these people you don't think of him as Johnny Depp playing that role. He is that role! That person.
