My hero is Philip John Clapp, better known as Johnny Knoxville. I have always enjoyed people who can make people laugh by not even trying. Especially Johnny Knoxville. He has always been someone I could look up to. He manages to make people laugh on a daily basis, maintain a social life, and act in many big-time-box-office movies. I love the fact the Johnny is able to do all that he does and not care if someone thinks he is weird or perverted or dumb; he doesn't care what others think about him as long as he is doing what he loves doing, and is having a good time. With all of the fame he has acquired over the years, he still manages to remember all of his friends and share some of the glory from his hit show "Jackass" with his close friends, like Bam Margera and Steve-O. I love that he can do what he loves to do, acting, and still maintain a very active, dangerous social life outside of his acting career.

Johnny Knoxville is a full-time actor and part-time dare devil. Although he doesn't have a degree other than a high school diploma, he is still very wealthy. He dropped out of American Academy of Dramatic Arts after only a short time there. Johnny Knoxville has starred in films such as Dukes of Hazard, Coyote Ugly, the many Jackass movies, Life Without Dick, and many more. I love that he can act in all of these movies and remain close to his friends. Johnny made $5,000,000 for his movie Walking Tall starring The Rock.

Johnny Knoxville has always been a daredevil according to his parents; obviously his love of danger has only grown over time. "At the age of 7, PJ decided to take a stick to a hornet's nest near his home. At 13, the straight-A student produced a phony report card with failing grades which was left out for his parents to find. Then there was that time he jumped from a second-story hotel room into a pool. "Along with having an amazing drive to do dangerous things, he has always had a passion for acting. He starred in a school production of Grease as Danny Zucho. Surprisingly enough, Johnny didn't hit-it-big by a television commercial, but by writing. One day he decided to shoot himself with pepper spray, a taser, a stun gun, .38, and then write an article about it for a magazine article. Jeff Tremaine, editor of Big Brother Magazine, accepted the article idea, but told Johnny to videotape it for the magazine's website. Soon it became a hit and MTV and Comedy Central were battling each other for a show with Johnny Knoxville. Eventually MTV and the hit show Jackass was born. The publicity Jackass got him sparked new career opportunities such as a small appearance in Coyote Ugly and a major role in The dukes of Hazard, starring Jessica Simpson.

Johnny Knoxville has contributed to the smiles, giggles, and laughter of people all over the world. He is able to put a smile on people's faces by his silly antics or his ridiculous stunts, most commonly seen on Jackass. He manages to keep smiling through some painful situations. During a stunt on Jackass, he ended up having a torn urethra and having to pee in a bag. He still managed to laugh it up with his friends. He shows people that laughing at yourself isn't a horrible thing and it can help lighten many situations.

Johnny Knoxville had to degree other than a high school diploma, but managed to be very successful in his life. With the ability to make people laugh so hard they cry and the ability to take on different personas for his characters, Johnny Knoxville was able to become a world-wide star. Although he has done some very stupid stunts that shouldn't be done with supervision and especially without supervision he manages to make everyone smile, and sometimes cringe from his stunts. Johnny Knoxville is an amazing actor and a crazy dare devil.
