In order to be a hero one must be strong, resilient, and calm. Being strong is not physical but the way one handles a situation and does not let it affect them. Being resilient is the ability to bounce back from hardships and become a better person because of it. Being calm is not showing anger in a negative or an aggressive way but holding it in to make yourself more competitive. Jackie Robinson possesses athleticism and a calm persona and temper even when criticised, for this reason he is a hero.
