Jackie Chan has inspired many people and has many supporters. A lot of young people and adults support him. “Even at the age of 40, Chan kept up a frenetic pace. By then, he was universally regarded as the world's most popular movie star, as well as an accomplished director.” (New York Times). Jackie Chan was one of the best actors for his age. He has been acting for about 30 years and is still acting. His recent movie was “Kung Fu Panda” came out in 2008. He has achieved many awards. His most recent award was in 2005 and the award was the Special Jury Award.

Jackie Chan has been selected, nominated, and awarded many different things. “Work selected for Best of the Martial Arts Films, 1990; MTV Lifetime Achievement movie award, 1995; Spirit award at the 24th Annual Hong Kong Film Awards, 2005” (New York Times). Jackie Chan has been selected for the Best of the Martial Arts films in 1990. He has also been chosen by MTV Lifetime Achievement movie award in 1995. Jackie has been acting for about 30 years and is still acting. His career has influenced many people. He has been a good role model for young people and has many people looking up to him. Jackie was a really good role model and really inspirational. He influenced many people to work hard, his message being that, through hard work, you can achieve anything that you want.

Jackie Chan is motivational because he has motivated many people that did not believe they could do anything. But Jackie has lived in a poor place and he did not let that stop him. He kept on working hard and never gave up. Jackie Chan has lived in a poor area with no television and anything to inspire or motivate him. “Chan grew up an only child far removed from the joys of silent movies. His was a childhood of hardship and poverty, of parents so poor they nearly sold him for $26 to the British doctor who delivered him.” (New York Times). Jackie didn’t have any motivation but to work hard and make a difference in the world. He has worked really hard and achieved a lot of his goals. Jackie made a difference in his life and impacted many people to work hard. By working hard, you can accomplish anything you want. This made many kids and adults to try.
“Do not let circumstances control you. You change your circumstances” (Jackie Chan). When Jackie was six, his parents moved to Canberra, Australia to work for the United States Consulate and left him behind in Hong Kong at the China Drama Academy. (New York times). Jackie Chan had to go to the China Drama Academy class because his parents had left him in Hong Kong. Jackie has worked and worked to get where he is now. And he has enjoyed every moment of his journey. Jackie is one of the best and hardest working actors. He has been acting for a long time. He has been acting for over 30 years and still is acting.
