Jarome Iginla

My hero is Jarome Iginla. He plays hockey for the Calgary Flames. He is the captain of the team. His position is right wing and he shoots right. His height is six foot two inches, his weight is 204 pounds or 93 kg. The team he plays for is the Calgary Flames. He is from Alberta, Canada. He was born in Edmonton Alberta on June 1 1977 (age 32).

Jarome Iginla, I think, is the best captain in the whole world. He always has a smile on his face. He is known for scoring a lot of goals and for being one of the best captains in the world. When he retires he will have #12 retired.

My hero always gets me going when I watch him step on the ice. When Jarome was young, he played for the St. Albert Raiders. When he got older he went to the World Hockey Leage, then he went to the Dallas Stars. Then he was traded in the 3rd round to the Calgary Flames. What I love about him is that he always gets the team going when they are in the dressing room. He has always been my favorite hockey player ever since I heard of him.

Jarome Iginla has always inspired me to be a hockey player. When I grow up I want be just like him. I want be the captain of the Calgary Flames.
