Katrina Kaif is an great actress. She was born in Hong Kong on July 16, 1984, 1 of the eight siblings. Katrina is dating Salman Khan (an Indian actor) who she met in the movie Maine Pyar Kyon Kiya. Having a Muslim father, Mohammad Kaif and a British mother, Suzzane Turquotte. She spent a few years in Hawaii where she started modeling at the age of 14 for a jewelry campaign and is continuing to model in London. Modeling was how she got her hit in Bollywood. The Lakme commercial is what really got her noticed. Katrina said that “No matter where you come from, the bottom line is that everyone wants to be loved, respected, and cared for”. She admitted that she is very emotional and hates to do her hair and make-up. She received the STARDUST BREAKTHROUGH PERFORMANCE AWARD for the movie she performed in (Maine Pyar Kyon Kiya).

I choose Katrina Kaif as my champion because she had no one in her family as an actor/actress that could help her reach her dream. She went through a lot of complications to be what she is today. So I think she is the person to award more than the other Indian actors/actress who had someone that could help them fulfill their dream. Katrina has done over 19 movies and has done a great job in Tyhem. I hope she continues on doing the best she has done so far for our entertainment. She has won an IIFA AWARD FOR IDEA GLAMOUR DIVA OF THE YEAR in 2008. Also, she has won another award recently for THE BEST BRITISH INDIAN ACTRESS AWARD at London. When I become an actress I wish to get awards just like her. So I can remember looking back that I have done this by following Katrina Kaif.

I choose Katrina Kaif because she is my favorite Indian actress. She is the one who inspired me. My dream is to grow up and be just like her. Katrina is my role model although I want to be a singer and an actress which she is not. She could not speak Hindi and dance their style so the directors weren`t really fond of her. In spite of that she took dance lessons and learnt how to speak Hindi. I also, can`t dance and speak Hindi, so I am taking dance lessons right now, which could help me fulfill my dream. I wish my dream comes true and that I finally get to meet her and tell her about how much I love her and I have become an actress all because of her.
