A hero in my eyes is a person who inspires others to achieve greatness. Ludwig van Beethoven is my hero because he inspires many future artists, musicians, and composers. His passion and wanting to be a remembered figure in history. He created everything from quartets to symphonies. His pieces reflected many of his emotions through the good and the bad. Beethoven became and is known for one of the most influential and heartfelt composers of all time.

Ludwig van Beethoven was the creator of classical heart-felt pieces. Beethoven’s music expresses his feeling though composing music and playing classical instruments. If he did not contribute, the way he felt or saw life classic music would be nothing. He is an essential piece of classical music puzzle. The pieces that I think had a lasting impact on the world were expressing different stages of his life. Like Ode to Joy, Moonlight Sonata, Fur Elise, and the fifth symphony. His music is still able to today touch peoples’ hearts and look at life from his point of view. His music makes my heart sing and make me feel inspired.

Beethoven was born on December 15, 1770 in Bonn, Germany. Beethoven’s family worked at the court of the Elector of Cologne, ruler in Bonn, Germany. At an early age, Ludwig showed an ingenious musical gift. Beethoven grew up at in an inventive era called The Romantics when artists, writers, and musicians produced fresh ideas. Ludwig van Beethoven became a well-known pianist, conductor, and composer of fresh new music. Beethoven’s work consisted of Fidelio, Razumvsky, string quartets, fifth, six and ninth symphonies, and the Missa Soelmnis.

As Beethoven got older, he noticed he was going deaf and it changed his life forever. He learned to accept his deafness but his hearing grew worse. He gave up performing and teaching all together. He felt lonely and frightened; he isolated himself from other people. His depression caused him to spend time composing. His own feelings began pouring out into his music and became deeper and darker. In this time he developed his world-known masterpieces Violin Concerto, fifth and sixth symphonies, and the Emperor Concerto. Ludwig van Beethoven is one of the most illustrious musicians, composer, and pianist. He composed undeniable memories and thoughts and brought them to life.

Ludwig van Beethoven is my hero because he encourages me to achieve greatness even if you have obstacles that get in your way. He motivated many other people not only but also normal beings. Even though I do not play an instrument but I still want to have a part in the history of his music and pretend I could be in his orchestra playing a violin and experienced what he felt as the crowd applauded. I know that Beethoven freely expressed his music and that is what made him an memorable figure in history.

Ludwig van Beethoven stimulated many people from all over the world in different ways. He touched many people as if their heart was a violin and he was playing their heartstrings. His wanting, happiness, and pain all showed up in his pieces. I believe everyone shares a connection with music in some way, even if those people are from the past. He had the world on its feet and had music that would make everyone’s heartstrings sing.
