Encouraging, Inspiring, and charitable these all describe my hero Lauryn Hill. Lauryn Noelle Hill was born May 25, 1975 in South Orange, New Jersey. Her mother is Valerie Hill and her father is Mal Hill; she now has six kids and her spouse is Rohan Marley.

Lauryn Hill's stardom almost immediantly began when she joined the Fugees. They made songs like 'Blunted on reality' and 'The score'. These songs were one of the major ones that won of the major ones that won them a Grammy and allowed their album to go multiplatinum. Following she made a solo album and many more after. She also made many hit songs like 'That thing' and 'Killing me softly'. Although with her albums and hit songs she still had struggles. Lauryn was in a partnership with New Ark; she ended up paying 5 million dollars to them because they helped on part of her songs and some of her albums.

Lauryn has demonstrated heroism when she used her songs to send  powerful messages to people. She also inspired many young people to do things with their lives and  encouraged people to follow their dreams. She was also extremly charitable. One example is when she donated to a non-profitable agency to help Uganda and Kenya.

Heros are described as various things. A hero to me is inspiring, encouraging, and charitable. Lauryn Hill has demonstrated this by inspiring people with her songs, encouraging people with her words, and donating to charities that help the world.

Lauryn Hill is currently still making music, but for the most part she is settled down with her family. Lauryn has a total of 6 kids and  is now 32 years old and still going. Thank you for reading my essay.
